With a background spanning over 20 years in global corporate finance, she has led large-scale financial solutions and strategic partnerships between Tier-1 banks and global enterprises.

Eynat Guez

Eynat Guez is CEO and co-founder of Papaya Global, revolutionizing global workforce management through innovative payroll and payment technology.
She is a visionary leader, who identified the technology gap in global payroll and built Papaya’s platform to serve more than 160 countries. Under her guidance, Papaya Global has transformed how companies manage their international workforce, combining automated payroll processes with secure, compliant payment solutions.

Sivanne Fishel

Sivanne Fishel is VP of Client Success, Global Enterprise Accounts at Papaya Global, bringing over 12 years of experience in delivering workforce payment and compliance solutions to large organizations. Before joining Papaya, she managed and scaled client programs in SaaS and fintech, focusing on onboarding, process optimization, and system implementation. 

Bryan Peña

Bryan is a workforce solutions expert with over 20 years of experience designing and managing global contingent workforce programs. He held leadership roles at Avery Dennison, Vivendi Universal, and Staffing Industry Analysts, where he developed the Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) program. He now advises organizations on optimizing extended workforce strategies through his firm, Defiant Solutions.

Jen Tipper

As Sales Director of Payments at Papaya Global, Jen helps bring the right payment solutions to SMEs and enterprises across a wide range of industries. With over 20 years of experience from Global Payments, Barclaycard Payments, Worldpay, and others, she has a deep understanding of the banking and payments ecosystem, including processing, acquiring, compliance requirements, and the emerging technologies transforming payments worldwide.  

Rebecca Hackworth

Rebecca Hackworth is Head of Payments Content at Papaya Global, where she leads our content strategy on global payments, payroll, and workforce solutions. She brings extensive payments expertise from editorial and content leadership roles at top banks and fintech firms, Thunes, Elavon, U.S. Bank, and Quant. She has championed blockchain technology for the past decade, with a special interest in digital assets and stablecoin applications, and is a trusted voice within the global fintech community.

Amit Levi

As Chief Product Officer at Papaya Global, Amit leads product vision and innovation for its global workforce payments platform. With over 15 years of experience in product and analytics, he previously served as SVP of Product and CMO at Anodot, and held leadership roles at Yokee Music and CoolaData. Amit joined Papaya in 2018 and continues to drive the roadmap that enables enterprises to modernize workforce payments and compliance at scale.
